DESCRIPTION

Designed for application on old surfaces covered with ceramic or marble tiles, as well as on screeds (screed coats) and concrete. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, on horizontal and vertical surfaces, in swimming pools, saunas/baths, water tanks, and humid rooms. Composed of cement with necessary extra chemical additives and polymers. Resistant to sudden temperature changes and icing.

APPLICATION

Before application, the surface must be cleaned of dust, grease, paint, etc. If the surface temperature exceeds +25°C, it must be moistened with water.

1. Pour one bag (25 kg) of the dry mix carefully into a container with 5–5.8 liters of water.

2. Mix, preferably with a mixer, until lumps disappear and a homogeneous mass is obtained.

3. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Then mix again for 5–10 minutes before use. The mortar is applied to the surface by pressing and then smoothed evenly using a trowel with suitable notches (comb). Tiles must be glued onto the smoothed mortar within 15–20 minutes. The prepared mortar must be used within 2–3 hours. Do not add water or dry mix to the mortar after it has started to set. Grouting (filling joints) should be done after 24–48 hours.

SPECIFICATIONS

The above values are valid at an ambient temperature of +23°C (±2°C) and 50% (±5%) humidity. These values may vary depending on external conditions. Application temperature range: +5°C to +35°C. Consumption based on tile size: 4–5 kg/m².

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Packaging type: 25 kg paper bags. Shelf life is 12 months when stored in a dry place in the original packaging. Maximum stacking height: 10 bags.

The basis of the dry mix is cement components. Do not inhale; avoid contact with skin and eyes.
