The website has no user registration — we do not collect any other personal data.

To contact you regarding the request you submitted, answer your questions, and arrange delivery or pricing.
We do not use your data for mass marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Who receives the data
Submitted forms are delivered to our managers via a private internal Telegram chat. Data is processed only by BUCHEN employees.
We do not share your contacts with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Retention period
Contact data is kept in our request archive only as long as needed to follow up on your request and any subsequent consultations. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser storage (localStorage) to remember your selected language, your request basket, and your wishlist. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and similar services) may be used to understand traffic — they are not tied to your identity.
