buchen.uz is the online catalog of BUCHEN products: dry construction mixes and related materials.

The website is not an online store: prices are not publicly displayed and online payments are not accepted. All items are handled through a request that is processed by a manager.

After you submit a form, a BUCHEN manager contacts you to agree on: product mix, volume, pricing, delivery and payment terms.

A submitted request is not a public offer and does not commit either party until a contract or invoice has been signed.

You undertake to provide accurate contact details in the forms. We are not liable for any inability to reach you due to incorrect contact information.

All website materials (texts, photographs, the BUCHEN logo, design) belong to BUCHEN LLC or are used with the rightsholders' permission.

Copying, reproduction, and commercial use of the materials without written permission are prohibited.

Information on the website is provided for reference only. Technical specifications, consumption and compatibility are confirmed in technical documentation (TS, quality certificate) supplied with each batch.

We are not responsible for the results of using the product when the manufacturer's instructions are violated or the product is used for an unintended purpose.

We may update these terms. The current version is available on this page; the update date is shown at the top.

The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan apply. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached — in accordance with the established procedure.
