APPLICATION AREA

Can be used for sealing joints between plasterboard and gypsum-fiber sheets using reinforcing tape (mesh) and as a repair compound for quickly fixing small chips and cracks up to 15 mm deep. Intended for indoor use in dry rooms. It has high adhesive ability. Creates an even and smooth surface that does not require priming before painting or wallpapering. Highly resistant to water and freezing. Can be applied in a thickness of up to 25 mm on walls and up to 15 mm on ceilings. Easy to apply. Prevents the formation of moss and bacteria.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The temperature of the base and the environment must be between +5°C and +30°C. The surface must be strong and thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose paint residues, and other substances that could weaken the adhesion of the putty layer. It is recommended to pre-treat unevenly or highly absorbent surfaces with a deep-penetrating primer.

MIXTURE PREPARATION

To prepare the solution:

1. Take a precisely measured amount of water (7.00–8.00 L per 20 kg);

2. Pour the mixture into the water;

3. Mix using a construction mixer or a drill with a special attachment until a homogeneous mass is obtained;

4. Wait 5–10 minutes for the mixture to mature;

5. Mix again. After this, the putty is ready for use within 60 minutes (with periodic stirring).

WORK PROCEDURE

The plaster/putty is applied to the surface using a smooth steel spatula. A 30 cm wide spatula is used for leveling small areas. The permissible thickness of one layer for continuous filling is no more than 3 mm; for partial leveling and filling irregularities — no more than 15 mm. If a thicker layer is required, the solution is applied in several passes with time intervals necessary for the previous layer to harden. Drying time: 5 to 9 hours (depending on layer thickness, temperature, and humidity). After drying, the surface is sanded using fine sandpaper or a sanding mesh. Sealing drywall joints: Apply the first base layer of putty into the joint and press the reinforcing tape (mesh) into it. Apply a cover layer of putty with a wide spatula. After drying, sand the surface with fine sandpaper. Clean tools with water before the material hardens; hardened material must be removed mechanically. Attention! Do not use water left over from cleaning tools to prepare the putty mixture.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

To prevent skin irritation, avoid contact with exposed body parts. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor if necessary. In addition to the above, follow general construction safety instructions.

WARRANTY AND STORAGE

Guaranteed shelf life in undamaged original packaging is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Shelf life is 12 months. Store in dry rooms, protecting the bags from moisture.
