MIXTURE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Mix the contents of the bag (20 kg dry mix) with 9 kg of the liquid component. Pour the dry mix into the liquid while stirring continuously. It is recommended to use a low-speed mixer. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave the prepared mortar for 5 minutes. Mix again before use. It is recommended to apply two layers using a roller or brush. Depending on the temperature, wait 5–6 hours before applying the second layer. Use additional reinforcing mesh for corners and joints. The prepared mortar must be used within 3 hours. Dispose of any remaining mortar. Protect the surface with the applied mortar from direct sunlight, rain, and dust for 1 day. Since the mortar is applied in a thin layer, the surface should be covered with plaster, ceramics, or similar protective facing materials. Protect the waterproofed surface from mechanical damage for at least 3–7 days before use or covering. Walking surfaces must be covered with a screed, ceramic tiles, etc., as the final layer. For tiling after applying WATERSTOP 800®, use BÜCHEN EXTRA 700®, NÖRMEN 300®, or GRANITED 720®.
