APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface where the mortar will be applied must be strong, clean, and dry. Overly smooth surfaces must be roughened (mechanically keyed). Apply primer to the moistened surface. Application begins after the "milky" appearance of the applied primer has disappeared (dried).

MIXTURE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Add the powder to the mixing water (5–7 liters of water / 25 kg of powder) and mix using a handheld mixer at medium speed. After 3–5 minutes, pour the liquid mortar onto the surface and spread it with a spatula. To prevent air bubbles, use a spiked aeration roller. If two layers are required, wait until the first layer is dry. If more than 24 hours have passed, the primer must be applied again.

CONSUMPTION

1.7 kg/m² (for a layer thickness of 1 mm).

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture when stored in dry places protected from freezing, in original packaging, stacked no more than 10 rows high. After opening the bag, it is recommended to use the product within 1 week. Unused packaging must be tightly closed.

WARNINGS

• Do not add any foreign materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) to the prepared mortar.

• Do not use mortar that has exceeded its pot life by mixing it with water or dry powder.

• For greater durability, moisten the surface at intervals for 7 days after application, depending on weather conditions.

• Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +35°C.

• In systems with underfloor heating, the system must be turned off at least 48 hours before application.

• It is recommended to install expansion joints with appropriate spacing when applying on large areas.

• Protect from rapid drying in windy weather.

• Do not apply to frozen surfaces.

• Do not apply under direct sunlight.

• Do not deviate from these instructions regarding the application surface and method.

• Do not inhale. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.
