FUGENET 600: The Secret to Smooth Walls and Ceilings
Perfectly smooth walls begin with high-quality joint filling. BÜCHEN FUGENET 600 putty is a gypsum-based dry mix with polymer additives, specially developed for filling gypsum plasterboard (GKL) joints without the use of reinforcing tape.
This putty is a versatile assistant for interior work. It is also excellent for:
Repairing cracks and damage on drywall (GKL).
Filling joints of precast concrete elements.
Mounting and sealing joints of gypsum tongue-and-groove blocks (plates).
Bonding drywall and composite panels to flat surfaces.
Gluing and filling gypsum elements.

Preparation and Application: Simplicity and Reliability
Working with FUGENET 600 does not require complex skills:
Mixture Preparation:
Mix the dry powder with clean water in the proportions indicated on the packaging (usually approx. 0.6–0.7 L of water per 1 kg of mix).
Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
Let the mixture stand for a few minutes and mix again.
Work Procedure:
Fill the joint with putty, pressing it in with a spatula.
Remove excess and level the surface.
After drying (usually a few hours), sand the surface with fine sandpaper if necessary.
FUGENET 600 ensures a strong bond with high compressive strength (3.0 MPa) and flexural strength (2.0 MPa). Maximum layer thickness is up to 10 mm.
