LEVEL 400 self-leveling floor is a modern solution for quick and high-quality floor preparation in residential premises, garages, workshops, and warehouses with light loads. It is ideal for leveling both old and new concrete surfaces before laying carpet, parquet, PVC, ceramic tiles, or applying epoxy coatings.

LEVEL 400 effectively fills all roughness and irregularities, creating a perfectly smooth and durable surface. Its formula ensures high wear resistance and ease of application, which significantly saves your time and labor costs.

Surface Preparation: The Key to Durability

Before pouring LEVEL 400, it is important to properly prepare the surface:

    • The base must be strong, clean, and dry. Remove dust, dirt, oil, and other substances.

    • It is recommended to roughen overly smooth surfaces for better adhesion.

    • Moisten the surface before applying the mortar. Apply primer and wait until its "milky" appearance disappears before starting the pour.

Preparation and Application: Simplicity and Speed

Working with LEVEL 400 is easy:

  1. Mixing the Solution: Slowly pour a bag of dry mix (25 kg) into a container with 5–7 liters of clean water. Mix with a hand mixer at medium speed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

  2. Maturation: Wait 3–5 minutes for the solution to "mature".

  3. Application: Pour the liquid solution onto the prepared surface and spread it evenly with a spatula. Recommended layer thickness is 3 to 7 mm.

  4. Air Removal: Immediately after pouring, go over the surface with a spiked aeration roller to remove air bubbles.

  5. Multi-layer Application: If a thickness of more than 7 mm is required, apply the solution in several layers. The second layer can be applied after the first one dries. If more than 24 hours have passed, prime the surface again.

Important Recommendations and Storage

  • Temperature: Apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C.

  • Protection: Avoid drafts and direct sunlight during drying. Protect the surface from rapid drying in windy weather.

  • Moisturizing: It is recommended to periodically moisten the surface for 7 days after pouring for greater strength.

  • Underfloor Heating: The heating system must be turned off 48 hours before starting work.

  • Storage: Store bags in a dry place for up to 1 year. After opening, use within 1 week.
